The Consult
During your visit with a licensed provider, a detailed health and medical history, as well as discussion of lifestyle and exercise habits will be discussed. Upon scheduling your 15 minute free weight loss consultation, you will receive a weight management questionnaire before your scheduled appointment. This will give us a chance to better understand your health and lifestyle.
All you need is to:
- Be in a safe stationary location for a minimum of 15 minutes for a free consultation.
- Have access to a smartphone, tablet or computer with video capabilities
- Have your Photo ID available
Weight Loss Program and Cost
At Bass Comprehensive Wellness Care our weight loss program is individualized based on the patients goals. We will discuss a detailed plan together on what is needed for each patient at your free 15 min Weight loss consult visit. After your consultation is completed we can move forward to the actual weight loss visit which requires a thorough history taking and plan of action and discussion of goals
Initial Weight Loss Visit includes: Semaglutide/Tirzepatide
- 45 minute Telehealth visit with your provider
- Comprehensive Weight Loss Lab panel includes: (CBC, CMP, Thyroid Panel, Hemoglobin A1C, Insulin and Lipid Panel) If you have a copy of recent labs these can be uploaded in the patient’s portal
- 2 month supply of Semaglutide/Tirzepatide (delivered to your home) including all supplies
- Access to the patient portal to speak with your provider with for ongoing communication
Established patients are required to see the provider in 60-90 days after the start of the program. During these visits we will review progress and goals. This visit will include
- Re-ordering of Semaglutide/Tirzepatide
- Implementing new goals and treatment plan
- Discussi staying at current dose, switching medications or increasing the dose (remember if you are losing weight there is no need to increase dose)
- Discuss repeating future labs work to see determine improvement
***We do not just prescribe semaglutide without conducting a proper history. We believe in taking the time to get to know our patients and complete proper blood work panels to monitor your improvement along the way***

And indeed we are! You will have unlimited access to the patient’s portal to ask any questions or address concerns. Providers at BCWC will take the time to answer all questions and make sure you understand each step of the process. Which leads us to a “recap” of your weight loss consult/visit.

- Schedule a Free 15 min weight loss consultation
- During the consult we will determine if a lab test is needed. Ordering lab testing is easy. I will send you for fasting labs to check for (diabetes, insulin resistance, liver, kidney or thyroid problems)
- If there are no contraindications, we can schedule a detailed Weight Loss visit
- Completing all required intake forms is very important. These documents will be sent via the patient portal linf for completing
- During your weight loss visit, the provider will get a detailed medical history, discuss lifestyle factors and decide what is best for YOU! This will ALWAYS be shared decision making between you and the provider.
- Order Semaglutide. Tirzepatide and have shipped to your home
- Review use of patient portal
- Last but not least, make sure all questions have been answered and you understand the process step by step
